A multi-national energy company is in the process of implementing Workday Financials across its European entities. They have successfully implemented Workday Financials in their German entity and are now in the process of focusing on maintenance and optimization-related work. They want to build their in-house Workday team by hiring a Workday Financials Specialist to work on these post-live projects initially, but who will then assist with future implementations to other EU entities in the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for global ERP configuration, business process design, and maintenance, including report inventory and custom report creation.
- Supports bi-yearly Workday releases, testing, documentation, and user training on new features and enhancements.
- Integrates legal entities into the ERP system and coordinates cross-application configuration with other departments.
- Provides technical and functional expertise as a subject matter expert for different Workday modules, and trains financial staff to better utilize the system and related reports.
- Manages the ERP system, including controls, enhancements, improvements, and documentation, and provides oversight and change management for financial system processes.
Your profile
- Experienced in Workday Finance, with a strong focus on Subject Matter Expert and administrative roles.
- Report writing or expertise in any particular Finance module.
- Good understanding of finance and accounting concepts.
- Strong in business English
