What Will I Be Doing?

As the Global Product Owner for SAP Revenue Accounting Recognition (RAR) Model, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the revenue recognition landscape for this pharmaceutical company. Your responsibilities will include:

• SAP RAR Strategy: Defining and communicating the strategic vision for SAP RAR, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.

• Team Leadership: Managing a team of SAP RAR experts and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

What Kind of Skills and Background Will I Need to Have?

To excel in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and attributes:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT or a related field. An MBA or CPA certification is a plus.
• A strong track record in SAP RAR implementation and management within large, global organizations.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and integration with RAR modules.
• Comprehensive knowledge of revenue recognition standards such as ASC 606 and IFRS 15.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive innovation in SAP RAR.
• Leadership experience and a proven history of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of the integration between FICO and DS.
