My client is looking for a highly skilled Workday HCM Consultant to join their team. As a Workday HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering successful Workday HCM implementations, as well as providing ongoing support and enhancements to their clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct workshops with clients to gather requirements and understand business needs
- Configure and implement Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, and Benefits
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful deployment of Workday HCM solutions
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday HCM applications
- Participate in Workday HCM system upgrades and enhancements
- Train end-users on Workday HCM functionality
- Stay up to date with the latest Workday HCM features and functionality
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience implementing and supporting Workday HCM
- Experience with Workday Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, and Benefits modules
- Strong understanding of HR processes and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Workday HCM Certification preferred
