ERP Project Manager – Order-to-Cash workstream
An International manufacturing company in Germany is underway with a large Digital Transformation programme.
Sitting as part of the Order-to-Cash Workstream in the programme, the ERP Manager will drive the implementation of the Template Cloud ERP solution for the local subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery of Global Template solution for Order-to-Cash processes to local offices and subsidiary businesses
- Act as the interface between Group and Local Process Owners and Technical consultants to deliver ERP blueprint with minimal local customisation in line with the programme strategy
- Champion and defend ERP template within local offices and deliver business analysis and process change
- Support local teams in the implementation of the solution to go-live within scope, budget and time limits
- Facilitate the first steps towards a first-class BAU setup within each local environment
Required experience:
- Proven experience as ERP Consultant or PM with clear Order-to-Cash expertise for Manufacturing or FMCG companies
- Demonstrable knowledge of the end-to-end O2C process (Order Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Fulfilment, Finance (Accounts Receivable / AR))
- Proven experience of at least one large International ERP roll-out
- Manufacturing or FMCG Sector experience
- Change Management
