This role will be instrumental in supporting this growth and in offering localised strategy on how to do in partnership with the group HQ.
Your role as a Solutions Consultant involves collaborating with Account Executives to shape prospects’ and existing clients’ vision while showcasing the product’s expertise in Planning. Your primary focus will be on:

Customer Discovery: Establishing relationships with customers to understand their business goals and limitations regarding their current planning approaches.

Exec Workshops: Conducting workshops with senior executives to refine and shape our proposed solutions.

Set A Customer Planning Vision: Developing a solution hypothesis that advances customers’ planning strategies, backed by relevant proof-points from our successful customer stories.

Product Demonstrations: Mastering the product capabilities to address various business concerns through personalized and distinctive demonstrations.

Solution Design: Creating comprehensive solutions that transform the business and organizational culture of potential clients.

Scoping: Designing, scoping, and estimating software solutions and professional services for prospects and customers.

Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to meet prospect needs and enhance product, processes, and customer experiences while responding to RFPs/RFIs.
As a Solutions Consultant, the following traits describe you:

Knowledgeable about the EPM space with experience in modeling at least one product such as Oracle EPM, Adaptive Planning (Workday), Anaplan, Board, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), Jedox, Planful, Vena, etc.

Significant experience in sales, presales, data science, or modeling at a software/SaaS company.

Proficient in explaining technical solutions, setting goals, identifying opportunities, and providing modeling or data management expertise to engage and inspire prospects.

Proven track record of building strong relationships with C-level executives, demonstrating empathy, and dedication.

Skilled in preparing and delivering presentations tailored to a senior audience.

A strategic thinker comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment characterized by high ambiguity.

Adaptability to respond strategically to customer needs amid rapidly changing product scenarios.

Experience in achieving multiple objectives within an entrepreneurial setting with minimal supervision.

A BA/BS degree is required, with an MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.

Fluent in both German and English; additional European languages are advantageous, while English remains the official language within the company.
