As a Workday HCM Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless and efficient Workday solutions for specific modules, leading module implementationns, providing expert support to global users, delivering training, conducting audits, and optimizing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement efficient Workday solutions for specific modules, ensuring they meet business requirements and deliver optimal user experiences.
- Lead module implementations, taking ownership of the process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Provide expert support to global users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them in utilizing Workday effectively.
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions to end-users, empowering them with the knowledge to leverage Workday to its full potential.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure data integrity, compliance, and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize HR processes and configurations within Workday, streamlining workflows and driving efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system enhancements and drive continuous improvement.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Workday functionality, keeping up-to-date with new features and updates, and proactively recommending enhancements.
- Champion data integrity and system security across HR systems, implementing controls and protocols to safeguard sensitive information.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Workday HCM Consultant or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successful Workday module implementations and support.
- In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM functionality, including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and other relevant modules.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective Workday configurations.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and deliver impactful training sessions.
- A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Flexibility to travel to the office in the Munich area at least two days a week.
