Senior Workday HRIS Consultant – Fully Remote – $110,000-$135,000

Are you looking to expand your Workday experience into the consulting space? SystemsAccountants is helping a US-based Workday Partner recruit a Senior HRIS Consultant to join their growing Workday HCM implementation and support teams.

The Senior HRIS Consultant will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance and optimization of the Workday tenant. You will be interfacing with a handful of clients, understanding their unique needs and working with a team to ensure efficient solutions.

In your first few weeks in this HRIS Consultant role, you can expect to:

• Advise functional leads on system solutions to support business processes and needs, which are primarily contained to the Workday tenant but can include additional periphery technologies
• Provide second tier support for escalated user tickets
• System design, build, optimization and continuous improvement
• Design business processes per business lead requirements.

To apply for this Senior HRIS Consultant role, you will need a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in HRIS overall and 2+ years in Workday. You will also require the following:

• A Workday Pro certificate in HCM
• Previous experience as an HR practitioner is preferred.
