HR Data Analyst

Our client, a multinational business, is seeking an Analyst to join their team in the People (HR) department. This role involves collaborating with the HR Systems Director to identify business requirements, design solutions, and develop products that support corporate priorities. The primary focus is on self-service solutions using tools like PowerBI, and Excel to serve a global customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a business analyst, consulting with customers to define requirements and develop scalable, best-practice products.
Provide subject matter expertise for product development and design new metrics and reports to support business priorities.
Proactively identify areas for improvement and work closely with Workday and HR process experts to assess the impact of changes on reports.
Additional Responsibilities:
Develop self-service reports, dashboards, data visualisations, and analytical products using various tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to create tailored data visualizations, reports, and analysis.
Create detailed requirements documents for new reporting products and work with consultants to develop, test, and deploy them.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve data quality and integrity.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in report and data visualisation dashboard development for leadership decision-making.
Intermediate to advanced experience in creating self-service reports and dashboards using PowerBI or equivalent BI tools.
Proficient with DAX, Power Queries
Advanced Excel User
