HCM / HRIS Implementation Consultant – Freelance Contractor
An International company is rolling out an HRIS / HCM solution (Peoplesoft) to one of their Business Units.
They’re looking for an experienced Hire-to-Retire Consultant with strong prior ERP / HCM Rollout experience and hands-on systems skills to deliver the deployment.
Within the scope of a digital transformation programme and HCM rollout, the HRIS Consultant will drive the implementation and deployment of the Template Peoplesoft HR Solution and new Target Operating Model of Systems and Processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Implementation of the HRIS / HCM solution to international business entities. Deploy the HRIS template as part of a key ERP rollout
- Business Analysis for As-Is and To-Be Processes. Process harmonisation and improvement for end-to-end HR processes
- Deliver the Peoplesoft HRIS implementation end-to-end; Gap-Fit analysis, Configuration, testing (UAT, SIT), rollout & Go-Live, and post-live support
- Change Management
Your experience:
- HRIS Implementation Consultant with experience of HRIS or HCM e.g. Peoplesoft, SAP Successfactors, SAP HCM, Workday, Oracle, Unit4, Infor, QAD, Microsoft Dynamics AX, NAV or similar
- Experience implementing HRIS or ERP systems end-to-end, ideally in an international setting
- Knowledge of end-to-end HR Business Processes (Hire2Retire)
- Change Management
