Senior Board Consultant
My client, a highly regarded partner within the Board community is looking to expand their consulting team with an experienced Board consultant.
In this position, you will take a leading role in the delivery of their increasing workload within the team as they continue to build the consulting team within the organization and diversify into new markets. You will be involved in all aspects of the project life cycle from requirements through to build and post-go-live support, working as part of varied teams of expertise and level. The business has a great foothold in the Dutch and global market and is enjoying a growth phase that offers an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious professional to further grow this role into a lead function to oversee the consultancy team and its future success.
Responsibilities:
- Functional analysis of business requirements, solution design and project plan
- Run workshops with clients to best understand business processes and reporting requirements
- Hands-on application development and configuration
- Lead projects teams and provide guidance over junior and medior consultants
- Stakeholder management, including C-level executives as well as other external partners
- Assist in the presales cycle, develop POC and support sales team with subject matter experts earound the solution, field questions on reporting capabilities of the solution
- Responsible for knowledge transfer of Board application knowledge to clients and internally to colleagues
- Project management activities as necessary
Candidate Profile:
- 3+ years technical and functional CPM consultancy experience with Board
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of finance process and ability to work closely with Finance professionals
- Fluent in English and other languages are of benefit.
