SystemsAccountants are currently working on behalf of an international organisation that is experiencing significant growth to source a SAP ByDesign Consultant to assist in their implementation of the ERP system. The company is currently in the process of implementing SAP ByDesign to streamline its financial operations and looking for a more Solutions Architect/ Data Analyst type to conduct testing and data cleansing and migration ahead of the go-live date. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful execution of a key project within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the successful implementation of SAP Business ByDesign, with a primary focus on financial modules, performing data cleansing and testing
• Participate in the design and execution of data cleansing activities to prepare for the system go-live.
• Reviewing the data cleansing conducted so far to improve its accuracy
• Expanding the functionality of SAP ByDesign.
• Execute automations, establish approval hierarchies, and manage the expenses module within SAP ByD.
• Work closely with the finance team to streamline financial processes and implement process engineering changes.
• Integrate SAP ByDesign with other systems used by the organisation
• Support the project team in data sharing and data quality initiatives across international entities.
• Delivering User Acceptance Training (UAT)
• Collaborate with a global team

Role Requirements:

• Proven experience in implementing SAP Business ByDesign (ByD)
• At least 3 years of experience working on SAP ByD
• Experience in data cleansing and data migration between ERP systems
• Familiarity with process engineering and the ability to drive process changes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders.
• Experience implementing an ERP system in a global corporate environment.
• Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for budgeting and forecasting is a plus.

Contract Duration: This is initially a 2-month contract position, with a strong possibility of extension, especially if the candidate possesses skills in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and can assist in the SAC their new budgeting and forecasting set-up.
