Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation Consultant – Freelance Contractor
An International company is rolling out Oracle Cloud HCM solution to one of their subsidiary businesses.
They’re looking for an experienced Hire-to-Retire / HRIS Consultant with strong prior Oracle HCM Rollout experience and hands-on systems skills to deliver the implementation.
This position will will drive and deliver the end-to-end rollout of the HRIS solution and Target Operating model to the new subsidiary business unit.
Key responsibilities:
- Implement Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation to an international subsidiary business unit. Deploy the HRIS template and best practice solution as part of a key ERP transformation initiative
- Business Analysis for As-Is and To-Be Processes. Process harmonisation and improvement for end-to-end HR processes
- Deliver the Oracle HCM implementation end-to-end; Business Analysis, Gap-Fit, Configuration, testing (UAT, SIT), rollout & Go-Live, and post-live support
- Change Management
Your experience:
- Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation experience in an international environment
- Hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM configuration experience
- Strong HR process knowledge of the full lifecycle – Hire to Retire
- Change Management
- Project Management experience
