LR has undergone significant change and growth over recent years, having grown to a £1 billion-turnover service provider with over 9,000 employees worldwide and over 60,000 clients, from SMEs to Fortune 500 companies.
The challenge:
Being highly acquisitive, LR embarked on a journey to redefine their operating model from a federated, regional business structure to a global model more aligned to individual services lines. The subsequent business transformation programme included a Finance Stream tasked with creating a Pan-European FSSC and to transition incumbent regional finance operations (O2I, P2P, R2R & Master Data) to a captive SSC in Berkshire.
The solution:
SA-Transformation was engaged as a Trusted Resourcing Partner to supply specialist independent resource to help validate and ratify the Finance Operating Model and SSC design. We also provided consultants to lead the SSC process design, manage the transitions and deliver the change agenda.
