- Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and improvements.
- Regularly review and update configurations to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

System Support & Maintenence:
- Oversee the integration of NetSuite with other business systems, such as CRM and payroll platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide training to end-users on NetSuite functionalities and processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for user support, addressing inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
- Design and generate financial reports and dashboards using NetSuite reporting tools.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting across the organization.
- Stay updated on NetSuite upgrades, patches, and compliance requirements.
- Implement and enforce security protocols to protect sensitive financial data.
