Responsibilities:

  1. System Integration:

    • Lead the seamless integration of NetSuite and Coupa platforms, ensuring robust data synchronization and efficient communication between systems.
  2. Workflow Optimization:

    • Evaluate, enhance, and optimize financial processes within NetSuite and Coupa to improve operational efficiency, reduce redundancy, and streamline procurement workflows.
  3. Issue Resolution:

    • Proactively identify and resolve integration issues, conducting thorough troubleshooting to maintain the continuous functionality and reliability of the integrated NetSuite and Coupa systems.
  4. Documentation and Reporting:

    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps. Generate regular reports on system performance and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with finance, procurement, and IT teams to understand business requirements, communicate technical concepts effectively, and ensure the successful implementation of integrated solutions.

Qualifications:

  1. Technical Expertise:

    • Proficient in NetSuite and Coupa configurations, customization, and integration. Demonstrated experience in successfully implementing and optimizing these systems in a contract capacity.
  2. Problem-Solving Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address integration issues promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  3. Communication Abilities:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and convey information clearly.
  4. Documentation Proficiency:

    • Strong documentation skills to create and maintain detailed records of integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
  5. Adaptability and Teamwork:

    • Adaptable to evolving requirements and dynamic project environments. Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, contributing positively to the overall success of the integrated systems.
