Strategic Finance Manager (TM1)
Day rate contract – Outside IR35
Part -time (2 or 3 days a week) 1 day in the office, the remaining remote.

Join my client as a TM1 Finance Manager driving success in the Activity Based Costing (ABC) project. In this key role, you’ll analyse service delivery costs and optimise the cost-to-serve model for the Strategic Finance team. Your focus is on delivering a comprehensive ABC/Cost/Profit analysis, influencing decision-making and supporting key contract negotiations.
Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of an updated ABC process, ensuring regular reporting and updates.
Engage stakeholders at all levels, reviewing and challenging information obtained from the business.
Enhance existing ABC work, defining best practices for future management.
Experience:
- Qualified accountant or project manager with a strong understanding of finance.
- Proven experience leading ABC or cost/profit analysis projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and Microsoft Office skills.
- Desirable experience with IBM analytics (Cognos TM1).
- Self-motivated with strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to take a proactive lead on compliance matters and work under pressure.
