Workday Consultant – Test Manager

One of our clients is actively looking for a part-time Workday Consultant to join their team on a contracting basis for a minimum of 6 months. They are currently going through a major data conversion project and are looking for a combination of a Test Manager and a Business Analyst in one role to support the Testing and overall move the project forward.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal data team to build out test scenarios and test scripts
• Support a variety of Workday Financials processes and procedures
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and make suggestions as well as drive alignment, communication, and the overall delivery of the solution
• Act as a Testing Manager leading all compenets regarding Testing
• Act as a liaison between the business and external vendors
• Be able to support miscellaneous tasks as it relates to the data conversion project and the overall systems environment

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with Workday Financials
• 1+ years of experience working with Workday HCM (recommended)
• Prior experience working with or leading a data conversion project as a test manager
• Ability to work with stakeholders, gather requirements, and then collaborate with internal and external teams to drive the solution
• Ability to act as a liaison between the business and external vendors
