Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA
Role Summary:
The CFO will spearhead our financial strategy and operations, ensuring the organization’s fiscal health and strategic financial planning. This role involves collaboration with the CEO and executive team to align financial and corporate strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and investor relations.
- Develop financial strategies that support the company’s growth and fundraising objectives.
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and financial reporting standards.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance, ideally within the healthcare or medical device sectors.
- Strong background in international business, tax management, and SEC regulations.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial management during rapid growth phases.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Compensation: $250,000 – $400,000 per year
