ERP Project Manager – Microsoft Dynamics
An international production company in Germany is looking for an ERP PM with good MS Dynamics knowledge to join their ERP rollout programme.
As part of an international business systems transformation programme, the company is transforming and upgrading their ERP solution. The ERP PM will work with local stakeholders to map as-is and to-be requirements in line with the D365 ERP template and will manage the rollout of the new ERP solution to local teams across European entities.
Key tasks will involve:
- ERP Implementation Project Management and business consulting for the MS Dynamics 365 rollout
- Provide the Interface between key business stakeholders and IT solution teams (Dynamics partner) to gather local requirements and translate to solution design
- Manage As-Is and To-Be business analysis, process mapping and drive business process change
- Champion the new system and processes to local users; field questions and issues with the new way of working, define any essential localisations, and driving the change process
- Change management together with business users, key stakeholders and the MS Dynamics Solution Partner
Key requirements:
- MS Dynamics Consultant or Project Manager
- Prior experience of MS Dynamics NAV/BC implementations, rollouts or upgrades; ideally functional background as Implementation Consultant
- Good Business process understanding of at least 1 key area e.g. Finance / Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement (P2P), Sales, Operations
- Project Management experience for ERP implementations end-to-end
- Change Management experience and strong communication skills in English
Location: Remote in Germany with business travel in Europe
