Location: Central California (Manufacturing and Defense Company) – Hybrid with required on-site presence for one or two weeks per month

Role Overview: The NetSuite Administrator will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our NetSuite ERP system, with a strong focus on manufacturing and accounting processes. The ideal candidate will bring deep NetSuite expertise, especially in manufacturing modules and accounting practices. Experience or familiarity with DCAA-compliance, particularly through the Daston tool integration with NetSuite, is highly preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize NetSuite ERP for manufacturing and accounting processes.
  • Ensure DCAA compliance within NetSuite operations, leveraging the Daston tool (preferred).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and improve business operations.
  • Provide training and support to NetSuite users within the company, especially in Manufacturing and Accounting Departments.
  • Develop, test, and deploy NetSuite customizations and new functionalities to meet business needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite features, best practices, and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in NetSuite ERP, specifically in manufacturing and accounting.
  • Knowledge of DCAA compliance and experience with Daston tool integration (highly preferred).
  • Ability to travel to Central California for one to two weeks per month. Flights from major cities in California are all under one hour. Open to candidates from across the US who are willing to travel.
  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident due to defense contractor status.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently.

Compensation: Salary is competitive and dependent on the candidate’s experience and qualifications. We are committed to finding the right talent and are willing to offer a compelling package for the ideal candidate. Up to $160k+
