- Utilize Workday report writing capabilities to generate insightful reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Implement calculated fields and customize Workday functionality to meet specific business needs.
- Manage domain security within Workday to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead change management initiatives and effectively communicate process changes to stakeholders across the organization.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to end-users to maximize the utilization and effectiveness of the Workday system.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and vendors to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the Workday ecosystem.
Desired Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Workday configuration, particularly in HCM modules.
- Proficiency in Workday report writing, calculated fields, and dashboard creation.
- Strong understanding of domain security concepts within Workday.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and effectively communicate process changes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in a similar HRIS management role is highly desirable.
- Workday certification would be advantageous but not essential.
