Finance Transformation Consultant
A leading international Consulting business is expanding their Business Transformation practice in Germany.
Sitting as part of an established Business Consulting and Digital Transformation practice focused on Cloud finance systems, you will work with key clients across industry sectors to assess and transform Business Operations and Financial systems.
You will deliver key initiatives in the areas of finance digitalisation, business operations design optimisation, and TOM review, covering a range of processes according to your specialism; Finance, Accounting & Controlling, R2R, P2P, O2C.
Your profile
- Finance process expertise: R2R (GL, AP, AR), P2P, O2C, Financial Controlling and Reporting
- Finance Process Transformation experience, e.g. ERP Implementation, finance process analysis, Operating model review and transformation, Finance Transformation & Business Integration or Carve-Out
- Financial Systems implementation experience; e.g. Oracle ERP solutions, Infor, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Blackline, Netsuite, Onestream, Adaptive, Anaplan, Tagetik, UI Path or similar
- Finance Process Analysis, Design and Transformation experience
- Ideally prior Financial Systems or Finance Transformation Consulting experience
- Strong Communication skills
