ERP Project Manager – Netsuite transformation programme
Join a large tech company as ERP PM. The company is implementing Oracle Netsuite as the core ERP and is looking for an experienced ERP PM (ideally with prior Netsuite experience) to join the project team and deliver the implementation end-to-end.
Working as part of the ERP programme team, the ERP PM will set up and manage the Netsuite implementation end-to-end across Financials, O2C, P2P. This position will deliver the implementation end-to-end: Project planning and delivery covering requirements gathering, solution design and architecture, Testing (UAT, IST), Go-Live and post Go-Live Hypercare and improvements.
Responsibilities:
- ERP Project Management (Netsuite Cloud ERP)
- Define Project Plan and deliver the ERP implementation end-to-end, ensuring the project goes live successfully in scope and within budget.
- Work with the project team and local users to ensure that all change is successfully embedded and sustainable
- Drive User acceptance through effective Change Management strategies
- Set up and utilise solid Project Management methodology across the end-to-end programme and drive improvement initiatives
- Track and report on Project Progress with senior stakeholders
Requirements:
- ERP Project Management experience in international ERP implementations
- Good knowledge of key ERP workstreams and business processes Financials (GL, AP, AR), R2R, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay
- Industry sector experience in Software or SAAS
- Fluent French
- Experience as PM for Cloud ERP system implementation projects, e.g. Netsuite (highly desirable), Workday, MS Dynamics (D365), Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP BYD, SAP Business One, SAP S4 Hana, Infor, Unit4, Exact, IFS or similar
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
A great opportunity for an ERP PM with prior Netsuite rollout experience to take on the next international project! Fluent French essential.
