Functional ERP Consultant – Business Transformation
Join a dynamic Business Consulting company in the Netherlands as Functional ERP Consultant. The company implements Cloud ERP solutions and is looking for an experienced Business Consultant with excellent Business or Finance process understanding to join the team.
Working with clients across industries, you will deliver ERP software implementations focusing on Business Process Analysis and Change. As the bridge between Business and IT, you will work with key stakeholders e.g. in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, and will gather As-Is and To-Be requirements and translate to ERP Solution Design for the implementation. Working closely with IT partners, you will implement the new ERP solution and drive user adoption and change.
Responsibilities:
- Business Consulting and ERP implementation end-to-end
- Business process analysis and improvement; Gap-Fit analysis, As-Is and To-Be Process Mapping
- Lead functional ERP Solution Design from a process perspective
- Collaborate closely with Technical ERP and IT experts design, build and rollout the new ERP system
- Work with key client stakeholders to analyse existing processes and drive business process change and End-User adoption
- Provide post-live support and deliver Phase 2 improvement projects
Your profile
- Business Process Owner, Business Analyst, Business Consultant or Functional ERP Consultant with 3+ years’ experience
- Strong business process knowledge, e.g. Financials (GL, AP, AR), Supply Chain, Logistics, P2P, O2C, Operations, Sales
- Prior experience in ERP systems implementations or Financial Systems transformation projects
- ERP systems experiece e.g. MS Dynamics, D365, NAV / BC, Workday, Netsuite Unit4, Exact, IFS, Infor LN, Infor M3, Oracle Cloud ERP, Peoplesoft or similar
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Fluent English – Dutch language highly desirable
