Project Manager – ERP

ERP Project Manager is required by our high-profile client to lead with a new OTC / AR software deployment. Having recently completed a thorough evaluation and selection exercise the ERP Project Manager will perform a lead role across the following areas: –
* End to end project management and implementation of the OTC / AR software and integrate into the cloud ERP solution.
* Design and execution of the project framework and project governance including PID, Project Plans, RAID Logs and Project Documentation.
* Working with key decision-makers including the steering committee, external vendor & partners, Technology and finance end users to recommend optimal best practice processes relative to standard OTC and ERP functionality.
* Heavily involved in the gap analysis to suggest such business process changes and QA / sign off on project documentation.
* Responsible for developing and managing the OTC / AR project implementation plan in accordance to Agile & Waterfall project methodologies.
* Ensure there are detailed OTC and ERP integration and interface documents in situ relative to the systems roadmap.
* Working with the various business units to deliver knowledge transfer and training to strengthen user competence on the new OTC / AR technology.
As such, applicants should be able to demonstrate proven experience in Project Delivery Management coupled with ERP, OTC, AR end-to-end implementations. Candidates must have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills whilst a finance or accounting background would be advantageous. Equally, a thorough understanding of Agile and Waterfall Project Methodologies and JIRA Project Tracking will be required to ensure project success.
