Manager IT Business Applications

A leading international Professional Services company is implementing a new Cloud ERP solution. They are looking for an experienced IT Business Applications Senior Manager to join their team.

This role will develop, lead and deliver a portfolio of improvement projects for IT Business Systems ERP and Finance applications.

You will be involved the implementation of the new Cloud ERP solution end-to-end. Post go-live, you will drive continuous improvement of the systems and key processes in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, P2P, O2C as the interface between Finance and IT and will focus on harmonising systems and processes, and migrating to a single ERP solution.

Ideal candidate:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Business IT Systems or IT Finance Applications or ERP
  • Functional business process understanding e.g. Finance, Acccounting, Controlling, Reporting (R2R), S2P, O2C
  • ERP or Financial Systems Transformation Programme experience, e.g. Greenfield ERP Implementations, Finance Digitalisation, ERP upgrades & improvement initiatives, or international Finance System rollout experience
  • Experience delivering Business Systems Transformation or Financial Systems Projects as the bridge between Finance and IT.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and Change Management experience; ability to engage with both senior stakeholders and drive business change with End users
  • Fluent German and English
  • Strong Financial Systems or ERP experience e.g. SAP S4 Hana, Oracle Cloud ERP, MS Dynamics BC, D365, Unit4, Netsuite, Workday

This is a senior role and would suit an experienced ERP Manager or Business IT Systems Manager, Head of ERP or ERP PM with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

It’s a great chance to implement a new Cloud ERP Systems solution and drive business process and systems harmonisation and improvement initiatives.
