Group Finance Systems Manager

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, this position will manage a suite of financial systems to support the day-to-day operations for the head office, including the management of their newly implemented Group Consolidation System, Oracle FCCS. As a newly created role, it offers a fantastic opportunity to drive the further development of Oracle FCCS as well as the further expansion to financial planning with EPBCS.

Key responsibilities include:

– Support the day-to-day management, administration, and ongoing development roadmap of the Group Finance team’s finance suite, including Oracle EPM, Sage Intacct and associated tools.
– Support the testing and maintenance of Oracle FCC as the system is implemented.
– Act as first line of support on system issues and queries.
– Drive continuous improvement for systems and processes.
– Ensure the system control environment is effective and that system configuration and maintenance tasks are fully documented.
– Manage the roll-out of new releases, ensuring the system is adequately tested prior to the changes being applied to the live system.

To be considered for this position we require candidates to hold demonstrable experience in a Finance Systems support and environment, particularly an EPM/CPM system such as Oracle FCCS, HFM, Infor d/EPM, SAP BPC, OneStream, IBM Cognos Controller, TM1, Tagetik together with strong business acumen and finance knowledge. Knowledge of a GL system is highly desirable.
