SystemsAccountants is helping a collaborative company recruit a Sr Workday HRIS Specialist, and the hybrid role comes with an excellent salary and benefits package.
The Sr Workday HRIS Specialist will work closely with the Manager of HR Systems and two Systems Specialists to support the continuous growth and development of Workday. This role will collaborate extensively with the Human Resources, Benefits, Finance, and IT teams to support our client’s infrastructure, oversee system security, develop Prism solutions, manage integrations, and create advanced reports.
In your first few weeks in this Sr Workday HRIS Specialist role, you can expect to:
- Identify areas of opportunity to improve existing business processes, functionality and workflow, and maximize technological capabilities to improve data management and efficiency
- Recommend changes to current processes to provide for the more effective use of Workday and take the lead as a project manager to implement these changes
- Develop Prism solutions, reports, and analytics to align with customer requirements
- Primarily focus on Workday Benefits, Adv Comp, Payroll, Time, Absence
- Oversee Workday system security including the creation of new roles and security groups as needed
- Build new, and maintain existing, integrations
To apply for this Sr Workday HRIS Specialist role, you will need at least 4-5 years of Workday experience. You will also require the following:
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in Workday security, advanced reporting, integrations and Prism
- Additional experience with Workday advanced compensation and benefits
- Experience with absence, payroll, and time-tracking (a plus)
