Unit4 FP&A Manager

SystemsAccountants are working with a leading organization who are looking to bring on board an FP&A Manager. The successful applicant will have a background in Unit4 FP&A, or will have strong experience in FP&A, and will be able to work in the client’s Brooklyn offices.
Key requirements:
- Strong experience in Unit4 FP&A, or a similar FP&A product.
- Lead the Financial Planning and Analysis function and the development of annual budgets, multi-year strategic financial and operating plans.
- Serve as a strategic business partner and advisor to the CFO and executive leadership team on a wide range of financial, strategic, operational, and organizational topics. Interface with peers to evaluate and advise on the financial impact of short and long-term strategic and operational plans.
- Recommend and deliver process improvements and enhanced analytics to drive strategic decisions in support of the Agency’s vision.
- Develop standard analytical tools to further aid other teams and departments in their financial planning and analysis and provide training to key stakeholders impacted by planning and forecasting activities.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years FP&A experience; a mix of both corporate and not-for-profit experience is ideal.
- Strong skills in financial reporting.
- Experience with Unit4 FP&A would be a major advantage.
