Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in NetSuite, focusing on AP, AR, and FP&A functions.
• Manage training and process enhancement across various departments including inventory, warehouse, logistics, and finance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP inquiries and collaborate with department managers to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
• Report to the IT Department, working closely with Operations Analyst and NetSuite Administrator to address internal staff requests and optimize systems.
• Lead implementations and collaborate with external partners to maximize value.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of NetSuite experience, with expertise in finance modules.
• 5+ years of finance or related field experience.
• Strong communication, project management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work independently or in a team.
• Experience with coaching and mentoring on NetSuite applications.
