Responsibilities:
- Administer and optimize the NetSuite platform to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
- Streamline reporting processes and data flows across various modules including CRM, ERP, and financials.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on NetSuite functionalities, providing guidance and support to end-users.
- Lead efforts to integrate NetSuite with third-party applications and systems, ensuring seamless data exchange.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize system enhancements and customizations.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to educate users on best practices and new features.
- Act as a liaison between the Operations, Finance, and IT teams, fostering collaboration and alignment.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure consistency and scalability.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience administering NetSuite in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business processes, including subscription management and revenue recognition.
- Proven track record of implementing and optimizing NetSuite modules such as CRM, SuiteBilling, and Advanced Revenue Management.
- Experience with SuiteScript and SuiteFlow for customization and workflow automation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
