Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for NetSuite users, including troubleshooting issues, resolving system errors, and answering user inquiries.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into NetSuite solutions.
- Customize and configure NetSuite to meet business needs, including creating custom fields, workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards.
- Lead the implementation of new NetSuite modules or features, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and processes.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements, and lead initiatives to optimize NetSuite functionality.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of NetSuite capabilities.
- Stay current with NetSuite updates, new features, and best practices, and recommend strategies for maximizing system efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to troubleshoot technical issues, perform system upgrades, and ensure data integrity.
- Assist with data migration, data cleansing, and system testing activities as needed.
