They are currently seeking a motivated Accounting Economist with a passion for driving development and taking on significant responsibilities. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of their financial reporting and consolidation processes, ensuring that our organization remains at the forefront of technological advancements.
What will I be doing?
As part of the Group Accounting team, you will play a central role in managing monthly group closings and driving change projects in financial reporting and consolidation in the system. Your responsibilities will include ensuring high-quality external and internal reporting according to IFRS standards, as well as providing support to subsidiaries within the group. Additionally, you’ll be involved in system maintenance, report development, and project coordination within your area of expertise.
What kind of skills and background will I need to have?
An academic degree or equivalent in financial management and accounting, preferably with experience in group accounting and consolidation systems. Experience with, Tagetik, OneStream, HFM, SAP BPC, etc will be advantageous
A strong interest in systems and system development, with knowledge of group accounting systems and Excel being advantageous.
The ability to analyze and solve complex issues, as well as communicate findings clearly and effectively in English.
