Role: Order-to-Cash (O2C) Process Specialist
Type: 12-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC)
Location: Remote with occasional travel to London office
Salary: £55,000-£65,000 per annum
Our client requires an Order-to-Cash Process Specialist to help optimise their end-to-end O2C workstream.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with designing best practice global and streamlined processes, as well as recommending enhancements to the global template.
The O2C Process Specialist will assure the quality of existing core accounting processes and enhance the existing documentation to support this.
Furthermore, they will assist the wider team with governance and reporting for the workstream, as well as supporting the programme team with UAT, cutover, business readiness and go-live of the new business processes globally.
Applicants must have:
- Experience of working as a O2C Process Specialist / Credit Control Lead within a global finance environment
- An excellent understanding of processes around working capital and cash flow, tax and invoicing as part of an ERP or finance system implementation project (e.g. NetSuite, Workday Financials, D365, Oracle Fusion, SAP B1 etc.)
- A good understanding of complexities and how ERP interfaces with CRM (Salesforce)
- A finance background, ideally a qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience of working in a team and building relationships at all levels of the business
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a knowledge of managing technology change programmes across finance
