SystemsAccountants are working with a reputable Oracle EPM Consulting firm who are recruiting within their Managed Services support team for an experienced HFM Consultant. Working in a senior capacity, this position will manage several customer accounts and ensure continued optimization of the respective HFM applications and ensure speedy resolution of client issues.

This position offers hybrid working with the minimum expectation of 3 days a month for anyone living further away from the office.

Supporting clients to agreed SLA’s the role will involve:

* Design and implementation of change control and application management procedures for HFM.
* Maintain Hyperion applications for multiple clients across Development, QA/Test, and Production environments.
* First line infrastructure support i.e. restarting services, rebooting servers etc.
* Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are met with clear evidence of improved levels of quality.
* Provide support during UAT and Go-Live i.e. Develop Test Scripts, assist users during testing, extended support during go-live etc.
* Develop documentation during various phases of a project i.e. Requirements and Design documents, Training Documentation, Weekly activity reports etc.
* Create and edit HFM business rules based on the user’s requirement.
* Develop data forms, create security model, test changes and other development activities in an implementation project.
* Metadata management for HFM.
* Ongoing Change Management i.e. Make Changes/Developments to the system on a Monthly/Quarterly basis for HFM and Planning.
* Develop various reports (Studio and Smart View) based on user’s requirements.

Experience required for this position

– A background in CPM software application administration, support or consultancy, in industry or within a vendor support services practice;
– Oracle Hyperion (HFM), OneStream or similar CPM vendor solution experience;
– Exposure to cloud CPM technologies and operating practices;
– Experience with group head office financial accounting processes;
– Experience of industry standard relational database technologies;
– A basic understanding of programming concepts;
– Ability to create technical support documentation or record application changes in suitable technical or non-technical form;
– Demonstrable experience of software package implementation processes, and – –
– Knowledge of current technology environments
– Ability to manage critical client expectations
– Proficient with basic computer skills (Windows, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook etc.)

Qualifications

– Honours degree qualified in fields such as (but not limited to) Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computing, Mathematics, or equivalent industry experience;
– Oracle Hyperion Product certifications preferred but not mandated.
