Introduction to the Position:
One of my clients wants to hire a Workday Adaptive Planning Specialist.
The company is about to implement Workday Adaptive Planning, they are looking for a skilled professional who can take charge of designing technical and planning processes within Finance Controlling.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to configure processes independently in Workday Adaptive Planning and ensure seamless operations post-implementation.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design technical and planning processes in Finance Controlling, leveraging your expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Independently configure processes within Workday Adaptive Planning to meet the specific needs of our organization.
- Ensure stakeholders can easily create scenarios and business cases within the Workday Adaptive Planning platform.
- Generate comprehensive analyses and reports to support decision-making processes within the organization.
- Provide support for budget preparation activities, contributing valuable insights to financial planning efforts.
- Actively participate in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead special projects related to financial planning and analysis, driving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and measure performance across various financial processes.
- Foster a culture of innovation within the finance team, encouraging the exploration of new ideas and approaches to problem-solving.
Desired Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with Workday Adaptive Planning, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and functionalities.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and configuring technical processes within Finance Controlling.
- Proficiency in generating detailed analyses and reports to support decision-making processes.
- Strong background in budget preparation and financial statement analysis.
- Experience leading special projects and initiatives within a finance or accounting environment.
- Ability to implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive performance improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Willingness to relocate to Germany or already residing in Germany, with a desire to contribute to our team’s success.
