SAP Business One Functional Consultant
London (Hybrid Working)

SystemsAccountants are currently seeking an SAP B1 Functional Consultant on behalf of our client. This role will primarily focus on supporting the SAP B1 system and assisting with the setup and integration of intercompany processes and automations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the SAP B1 environment, with opportunities for involvement in international projects and travel.
Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to identify and address potential SAP B1 issues and opportunities.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of intercompany processes, integrations, and EDI.
- Utilize BPA Codeless to enhance system functionality and integration capabilities.
- Lead the setting up of SAP Business One in a new entity.
- Build master data from scratch, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Deliver end-user training in SAP B1 to both finance and non-finance end users internationally.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Role Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience with SAP Business One, including Boyum and B1UP.
- Hands-on experience with the BPA Codeless (Orbis TaskCentre) tool, with a proven track record of utilizing BPA as a middleware tool for system integration
- Strong understanding of intercompany processes, integrations, and EDI.
- Experience working with an SAP B1 end-user in the manufacturing industry.
- Flexibility to travel internationally where required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Previous experience in supporting international business units and handholding users during system setup and implementation.
