SystemsAccountants is partnering with a repeat client in the cosmetics manufacturing sector to place a NetSuite-focused Operations Analyst. This role will be a liaison between operations and IT teams, serving as a the organization’s primary finance team representative during the ongoing NetSuite implementation.

This is a unique opportunity to blend traditional operations experience with NetSuite expertise; though NetSuite support will be a key function of the role, you’ll be working alongside a robust, cross-divisional NetSuite implementation team.

Responsibilities

• Support company’s ongoing NetSuite implementation
• Collaborate with AP, AR, FP&A, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams
• Perform business data analytics
• NetSuite troubleshooting
• User training and development
• Inventory – in depth understanding of physical and financial flow (costing, mapping, analysis of data)

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of NetSuite experience
• Experience with 1-2 NetSuite implementations preferred
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Previous manufacturing, especially cosmetics/beauty, experience preferred
