As a Senior Manager – Digitalization & Systems, you’ll play a pivotal role in revolutionizing Accounting and Controlling processes, contributing to the company’s ongoing success and global impact.
What Will I Be Doing?
- Spearhead digital transformation initiatives within accounting and controlling domains
- Lead projects to seamlessly integrate technology with business needs
- Develop reports, dashboards, and systems using tools like Power BI and SAP SAC
- Ensure smooth SAP governance and process management
- Foster collaboration among stakeholders
- Conduct training sessions to enhance digital skills within the team
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to implement new requirements
What Kind of Skills and Background Will I Need to Have?
- Outstanding Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering/Computing, or Computer Science
- 8+ years of experience in similar roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
- Proficiency in SAP SEM BCS, SAP SAC, MS Power BI, and database management
- Knowledge of low-code tools, RPA, and AI is advantageous
- Deep understanding of business processes
- Experience in steering large projects and change management
- Expertise in controlling and accounting practices
- Familiarity with SAP PaPM, S4 HANA integration projects, MS SharePoint, and programming skills are beneficial
- Strong communication skills in both English and German (B2 minimum)
