Key Responsibilities:
NetSuite Administration:
- Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls within NetSuite.
- Customize and configure NetSuite modules to align with business processes.
- Develop and maintain workflows, scripts, and customizations to enhance system functionality.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Salesforce Administration:
- Administer Salesforce instance, including user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions.
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, and record types to meet business needs.
- Implement and maintain automation processes using workflows, process builder, and flows.
- Configure and manage integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
- Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users.
System Integration and Maintenance:
- Ensure seamless integration between NetSuite, Salesforce, and other third-party systems.
- Monitor system integrations and troubleshoot issues to maintain data integrity.
- Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and upgrades.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including procedures and best practices.
Security and Compliance:
- Implement security best practices to safeguard sensitive data within NetSuite and Salesforce.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Conduct periodic security audits and assessments to identify and address vulnerabilities.
Continuous Improvement:
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize and enhance system performance.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Stay current with new features and functionalities of NetSuite and Salesforce.
