Head of ERP
Join a leading international technology company as Head of ERP. Having implemented Oracle Netsuite as the Cloud ERP solution, the company is looking for someone with strong Business Systems and ERP management knowledge to drive improvements for the ERP landscape and integrated systems.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Inventory and other Tech platforms, you will gather requirements and translate to best practice solution design for the Netsuite ERP system and integrated IT Systems. As Product Owner, you will translate functional needs into epics and stories, and will lead tech teams to deliver the improvements for the ERP product.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage the ERP team to support and improve the existing Business Systems solution and set up scalable systems and processes
- Provide Strategic Direction; assess existing ERP solutions and develop and deliver a portfolio of improvement projects according to business needs
- Work closely with senior Business Stakeholders, and Tech Leads to identify needs and
- Lead ERP implementations and rollouts to subsidiaries and other Business Units
- Drive continuous improvement for Enterprise Applications and related business processes
Your profile:
- Head of ERP, Business Systems Manager or ERP Product Owner with 5+ years’ experience.
- Experience setting up and managing ERP Teams / Technical teams for Finance Systems
- ERP or Financial System Transformation programme delivery experience
- Prior Netsuite ERP experience
- Excellent knowledge of key processes; P2P, O2C, Supply Chain, Logistics, WMS, Finance areas
- Experience working in a fast-paced international environment, ideally in an international scale-up company in Logistics, Retail or eCommerce
- Strong communication skills and an international mindset, capable of working in a highly dynamic working culture
Location: Berlin, Germany, other locations across Europe also possible with travel
Type: Permanent contract
