Head of Business Systems and Processes
A leading eCommerce company in Germany is looking for a Head of Business Systems and Processes to improve and integrate their Business Systems landscape.
Working closely with senior leadership teams and key stakeholders across Business functions and Tech, you will lead and drive improvements in the ERP and integrated Systems landscape, delivering key automations for areas covering Supply Chain, Inventory, Warehousing, Logistics, and Finance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and improve the integrated business systems landscape for a dynamic international scale-up environment
- Drive integrations between ERP systems, bespoke inhouse solutions and 3rd party IT systems with a focus on process automation and scalability
- Work closely with Business stakeholders to identify KPIs for the Business Applications landscape and manage and drive Tech and Systems Engineering teams through delivery
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify improvement initiatives for key processes SCM, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Inventory, and Sales operations
Your profile:
- Business process expertise covering Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Sales Operations and Procurement for eCommerce businesses
- Strong Business Systems experience including prior management of complex integrated ERP Systems landscape
- Team management experience within Business Systems or ERP
- Experience working in a fast-paced international scale-up environment
- Strong eCommerce, Logistics, or Retail sector expertise
- Strong communication skills and experience presenting to investors, and C-Suite stakeholders
