Financial Systems Analyst – Oracle Netsuite

Join a growing international company in the Netherlands as Netsuite Finance Systems Analyst.

With the Finance system Oracle Netsuite already live, the company is looking for someone with good Finance process knowledge (GL, AP, AR) and experience with other business processes e.g. Procure-to-Pay; Order-to-Cash; Logistics, Sales Operations etc to join their team and focus on supporting and improving the ERP solution.

There is a pipeline of improvements and this role will get involved in projects to harmonise key processes, implement new modules and improve system configuration across key areas R2R, P2P, O2C.

Responsibilities:

  • Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT to support end-users across business areas including Finance, Logistics, P2P, O2C, Sales
  • Support the set up and management of Netsuite integrations with internal and 3rd party systems
  • Functional improvement projects such as Business process analysis and improvement for areas including Finance, R2R, P2P, O2C, Sales Operations
  • End user support and training for Netsuite ERP

Your profile

  • Netsuite Finance Systems Administrator or Functional ERP Consutant with 2+ years’ experience
  • Knowledge of functional business areas, e.g. Financials, Operations, Sales, Reporting or similar; R2R, P2P, O2C
  • Experienced delivering end-user support and administration for Netsuite or similar ERP solution
  • Prior Netsuite project experience: e.g. implementations, upgrades, rollout of new modules, deployment of Netsuite to new entities, business process analysis and improvement
  • Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills in English
