Who is the Company and Context?

Join a large French company located in the Southwest of Paris as they are currently seeking a skilled Corporate Performance Management (CPM) Manager with expertise in CCH Tagetik to join the Finance Systems team. You will lead a small team internally including an Administrator and an Apprentice.

There is a lot of change in the finance systems area as the business embarks on a Digital Finance Transformation journey, which includes a major ERP Cloud programme. Hence, you will have exposure to lots of projects and changes within the CPM space as well.

What Will I Be Doing?

• Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of CPM projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Managing and mentoring a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to drive excellence and continuous improvement.
• Facilitating workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Leading and coordinating development of CCH Tagetik
• Ensuring support and maintenance of the application by the team.
• Document and standardise process and documentation.
• Demonstrating a strong commitment to meeting deadlines, delivering results, and maintaining reliability in all aspects of your work.
• Champion the CCH Tagetik product across the group.

What Kind of Skills and Background Will I Need to Have?

• University degree in finance, accounting, computer science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in CPM with a focus on CCH Tagetik.
• Proven expertise in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both French and English.
• Proficiency in SQL language for database querying and data manipulation.
• Experience with AIH cubes creation, ETL processes, workflow management, and allocation processes.
• Knowledge of VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) is a plus.
