Who is the Company and Context?
Join a large French multinational brand in the retail sector. You will join the Finance Transformation and Processes team, which is part of Group Finance. You will be instrumental in ensuring the future digital and process landscape of the company is secure for many years to come. The role will be a true bridge between Finance and Technology.
What Will I Be Doing?
As a vital team member, your role will focus on supporting financial projects, including ERP deployment, harmonization of subsidiaries, and providing functional assistance to Finance users on various Group solutions including Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Planning and Finance BI tools and processes.
- Assistance on financial projects: ERP deployment, participation in workshops with countries, identification of gaps with the core model, search for technical solutions in case of proven gap, testing, active participation with the SAP Competency Centre, etc.
- Management of the Finance repository SAP ERP and BPC (run and new activities): profit/cost centers, divisions, internal orders, hierarchies, etc.
- Functional support for tool users (accountants, controllers): SAP ERP FI-CO, BPC, BW-BI4.
- Conduct data system consistency checks and integrity verifications.
- Participation in the development of reports on BI4 (functional specifications, testing).
What Kind of Skills and Experience Will I Need?
- 6+ years of professional experience
- Strong finance process knowledge and business analyst skills in finance and finance systems
- Education and Experience: Business school or university profile with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, such as in IT or SAP CC.
- System Skills: Required expertise in SAP modules FI and CO, and desired skills in BPC, SAP BI tools, and SAP modules MM and SD.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is imperative.
- Qualities Required: Rigor, internal customer orientation, synthesis skills, and strong listening skills.
