Finance Systems Analyst

Leicester

Salary – Up to £55,000

Hybrid – 50% in office/50% from home

We are seeking a talented individual to manage the control and integrity of our financial data and processes. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient data interfaces and provide accurate management information.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all processes and controls are documented and all financial information is complete, accurate, and appropriately managed.

Proactively adapt to changing business demands with a strong focus on quality, timely delivery, and continuous improvement.

To excel in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

• Prior experience collating, managing, and interpreting large volumes of data from various sources.
• Excellent systems experience, particularly with Cognos TM1 and Excel. Will consider experience in other technologies such as Anaplan, Tagetik, Onestream, Hyperion SAP etc.
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
• Great Excel skills (Macro level).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Experience administering databases, managing manual data feeds, and developing in Cognos TM1 is advantageous.
• ACCA, CIMA, ACA Qualification or part-qualification as an Accountant or experience in Financial Services is beneficial.
