As a rapidly expanding entity they are now looking for a Consulting Services Lead – EPM Digital Finance.
What will I be doing?
As the Consulting Services Lead – EPM Digital Finance, you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic resource both internally and externally. Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as the bridge between the Sales organization and Professional Services.
Overseeing project engagements to successful conclusions as well as identifying upselling and services opportunities.
Implementing quality assurance checkpoints and executing formal Quality Assurance programs for strategic projects.
Managing customer relationships across multiple accounts and resolving critical program issues.
Engaging with the target client base for incremental software license opportunities.
Collaborating with implementation teams to communicate project progress, issues, and risks to clients and stakeholders.
Ensuring adherence to engagement methodologies and supporting cross-vendor delivery solutions.
Maintaining effective relationships with third-party partners and vendors.
Leveraging team expertise to identify and mitigate project risks.
What kind of skills and background will I need to have?
At least 5 years of project management experience or equivalent technology project lead experience.
Experience implementing Financial Management software solutions (EPM/CPM preferred).
A four-year college degree in fields such as Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or CIS, or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency with the MS Office suite, including MS Project.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Extra good to have Experience:
A master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology.
A professional project management designation.
Experience within a Big 4 consulting firm.
Prior experience with products such as SAP (e.g., SAP BPC, SAP BOFC, SAP Analytics Cloud), Oracle (e.g., HFM, Hyperion Planning, Oracle EPM Cloud), IBM (e.g., IBM Planning Analytics, IBM Cognos Controller), CCH Tagetik, or other EPM & BI solutions.
