Financial Systems Program Manager Acquisitions Integration – B2B Contractor
A global Final Client Company in the IT and Technology space are looking for an experienced Finance Systems / ERP Transformation PMO, PM or Programme Manager to join their team on an interim basis and lead a programme to integrate acquisitions into the company.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects to integrate new acquisitions into the business for Corporate Finance Applications and Business Systems.
Your profile
- 10+ years’ experience in Financial Systems or ERP Project Management, Programme Management or PMO
- Proven experience integrating new acquisitions into the core business in a large international company
- Experience delivering complex Business Systems and Finance Transformation programmes for new entities in an international environment
- Prior experience delivering SAP and/or Oracle ERP systems transformation or implementation
- Excellent Stakeholder engagement and Change Management skills
Requirements:
- Lead and own a programme to integrate new business entities into the core company for Financial Systems and processes, and Corporate IT Applications
- Lead the migration from legacy Business Systems and Finance Operating models to the new Target Operating Model and ERP solution (Oracle)
- Leverage technical IT Systems resources, Functional stakeholders and Business Process Owners to identify as-is and to-be requirements and drive the migration programme end-to-end
- Track and report on Project Progress
- Drive the project towards delivery against scope definitions and project plans e.g. time/budget/scope
- Coordinate collaboration between the central team and local entity teams
- Project governance
Type: B2B Day-rate Contractor, 6 – 12 months
Location: Czech Republic, other EU locations may be possible
