We’ve partnered with a highly successful Healthcare company who is looking for a senior Workday Integration Specialist to join their team.
As a key member of the Workday HRIS team, you will be instrumental in the continued expansion and deployment of Workday Integration functionality. You will partner with key stakeholders to implement streamlined operations processes and optimal technology solutions for their future projects.
Key Responsibilities:
This person’s primary responsibility will be the development and deployment of Workday Integrations and requires experience with calculated fields, complex reports, EIB loads, outbound EIB integrations, Core Connector integrations, XSLT, Studio, and BIRT.
The person should also know the Core HR module well.
This person should additionally have strong experience with reports, dashboards, and conducting HR Data analyses.
Execute bi-annual Workday upgrades/product releases.
Experience:
4+ years of Workday HRIS specialized experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently, yet collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to consult as a technical expert in new integration/interface development including gathering requirements, design, documentation, development, testing and deployment.
