Finance Systems Project Manager – ERP implementation
A boutique Financial Systems consultancy is looking for a Finance Systems PM to join the team and lead projects to implement the Cloud ERP Solution.
Sitting as part of the consulting team, you will work with senior stakeholders e.g. CFO, Finance Director, Financial Controller within client businesses to map as-is and to be finance processes and implement the new financial system Oracle Netsuite.
You will be involved in the end-to-end implementation, from requirements gathering; As-Is and To-Be process mapping & process and solution design, configuration and rollout.
Your profile:
- Finance Systems PM or ERP Consultant (2-5 years) with prior Financial Systems implementation experience or Finance Transformation experience
- Business process knowledge in Finance, Accounting, (GL, AP, AR), FP&A, Financial Controlling, Consolidation, Financial Reporting, R2R, P2P, O2C processes
- Business analysis and process improvement experience
- Prior Finance Systems or ERP implementation project experience and interest in financial systems & technologies
- Strong Communication skills
- Change Management experience
The role:
- Financial Systems and transformation consultancy
- Lead Finance System / ERP implementation for Finance Workstream
- Work with senior finance stakeholders to understand as-is and to-be requirements, translate to successful solution design and deploy Financial systems solutions
- Get involved in end-to-end ERP implementation project, from Process mapping, solution design, build, configuration, testing and rollout
- Support end-users in finance post-live to manage change, provide hypercare and ensure successful use of the new solution
Location: Netherlands remote / hybrid working with regular business travel
Type: Permanent employment contract
